What We Do
St. George Running Center is a full service running shop owned and operated by experienced runners. We'll take the time to ensure you get the best running or walking shoe for you. So if you are lacing up for the first time or you're a seasoned runner, we are here to help.
1. Comprehensive Gait Analysis
Our gait analysis is used to assess, plan, and treat individuals with conditions affecting their ability to walk or run. We do this to help you run more efficiently and to identify posture-related or movement-related problems that may cause injuries.
2. Side by Side Testing
Once we have conducted the gait analysis, we can then direct you toward the proper type of shoes. We have found the most effective way, in general, to find the best fit and feel for your walking/running shoes is to test them side by side (one brand/make on your left and another similar, yet different, shoe on the right). You'll be able to try as many shoes as it takes, running outside on the sidewalk or walking around the store, to find the perfect pair.
3. Continued Service
We do our very best to fit you in the best shoes possible. The fitting process involves you running outside in your shoes to get real world experience in them. However, sometimes it takes a longer run to get things figured out. Don't worry, we will still be there to help. If for any reason you aren't totally happy with your purchase you have 60 days to return your shoes for store credit. If the shoes are still in new condition you have 30 days to return them for a full refund.

Greatest running shoe store on the planet! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, great selection, and competitive prices. They take time to listen to your specific running needs and get the shoes and accessories best suited to your individual running style and goals. I have always left feeling valued as a runner and supported in my running endeavors. I give my highest recommendation.
I'm not a runner. I used to be an athlete. When I explained that I needed a good support shoe for walking, standing, and general comfort, Elijah jumped on it. He fitted me, recommended a size and width, and asked about my requirements and things I must NOT have, and brought out several pairs to try. As I walked in them, he suggested and recommended things to avoid, etc. He was thorough and professional, and I tried to help by staying focused on the task. If he wasn't sure of something, he got help, which I appreciated. My wife will probably buy her next set of shoes there. For only a bit more money, I get professional knowledge and help. I could spend less, but not MUCH less, at a cut-rate show store. I think we've found our new shoe place.
Great experience here. Liz was so helpful and her input was great! I haven't ever been to a dedicated running store, but she did a gait analysis and recommended a bunch of different shoes and had me try them on and knew all the specifics of why this one was different than that one, etc. Prices are very competitive as well, and because the compensation is not based on commission, no pushy sales tactics. Great experience!
These guys knock it out of park every time. I don’t buy running shoes anywhere else, and I haven’t for about 10 years now.
The gait analysis is always on point and I have never once ended up with a pair of shoes that didn’t absolutely measure up.
They’ve definitely earned my business for life, maybe even in the afterlife too, we’ll see! 👌🏻
Had a just short of a perfect experience during their Black Friday sale.
Came in in a slight rush, and with minimal waiting had the ball rolling on a fitting, was able to test out a few varieties of shoes and narrow down a few models that were beat suited for my purpose.
The saleswoman (name slips my mind, but tall with curly hair) gave me recommendations and pointed out things that track across different models by same brands so i could identify what u was feeling. No pressure and built rapport well, will definitely come back and see her for my shoe needs!
The fall off was actually at the checkout, one of the two checking people out was more interested in adding to the conversation of the other couple (also checking out) than anything to do with me. Actually slowing down the checkout process.
I know I’m just swiping the card and skedaddling, but would’ve been nice to have not only been acknowledged more than just asking for the card, or asked my experience, (or even upsold/ informed of other sales, made sure I’d found everything etc.)
Forgot i needed some thicker socks until i left, but oh well!
The service in getting shoes that work for my feet far outweighed the checkout process. (Which I’ll chalk up to them being busy)
