Had a just short of a perfect experience during their Black Friday sale.
Came in in a slight rush, and with minimal waiting had the ball rolling on a fitting, was able to test out a few varieties of shoes and narrow down a few models that were beat suited for my purpose.
The saleswoman (name slips my mind, but tall with curly hair) gave me recommendations and pointed out things that track across different models by same brands so i could identify what u was feeling. No pressure and built rapport well, will definitely come back and see her for my shoe needs!
The fall off was actually at the checkout, one of the two checking people out was more interested in adding to the conversation of the other couple (also checking out) than anything to do with me. Actually slowing down the checkout process.
I know I’m just swiping the card and skedaddling, but would’ve been nice to have not only been acknowledged more than just asking for the card, or asked my experience, (or even upsold/ informed of other sales, made sure I’d found everything etc.)
Forgot i needed some thicker socks until i left, but oh well!
The service in getting shoes that work for my feet far outweighed the checkout process. (Which I’ll chalk up to them being busy)

Came in limping after a spinal injury, left feeling taller and more confident being able to walk without as much pain. I also got the wrong shoe and they were fine with me to come right back in after wearing them in the car on the way home. They helped me switch them around without a fuss.

These guys knock it out of park every time. I don’t buy running shoes anywhere else, and I haven’t for about 10 years now.

The gait analysis is always on point and I have never once ended up with a pair of shoes that didn’t absolutely measure up.

They’ve definitely earned my business for life, maybe even in the afterlife too, we’ll see! 👌🏻

Walked in 2 mins before closing with a shoe emergency. Coleman was able to help me get a pair of shoes and saved my feet. They didn't have the Altras I needed in my size so he helped me find a comparable pair in a different brand. They feel amazing and I can get back on the trails tomorrow. I also needed some running shorts and he helped me find the style I needed and they were 25% off for Easter Sale! I've shopped here before but this was the best experience yet. Experienced, excellent service! I tried a new brand of shoe. Plenty of choices in Hoka, New balance, Nike, Saucony, and if they dont have it they can order! I also joined the loyalty club for added discounts.
